I had kinda figured it was a Brewster's Millions but that it was too attractive and latch-onnable by the alt-right not to get 'real' support
(and, of course, this is without mentioning any voter manipulation, which definitely occurred and may have worked, depending on who you ask, what they understand about technology, and what awful things they want to believe human beings are capable of)
