@cadey When I was in college, I worked on a conlang like this, although I never had a goal of using it outside of some fiction I enjoyed writing at the time. Never got as far with developing it as I wanted to. But reading how you're approaching it has inspired me to go back to what I worked on then and give it a second look. I like the idea of using it for a personal diary, something tangible that belongs just to you.
