After you do that, knead out the dough into a pizza pan, spread the sauce evenly.
As for recommended toppings, you can do whatever you want. If you do meat, cook it first, unless you like salmonella. I really recommend cooking most vegetables first too.
You can just do that in a pan (or boil the meats, in the case of sausage). I personally prefer sausage, green pepper, and onion (which is already in the sauce conveniently enough 😛).

Combine dry ingredients (flour, yeast, salt), then add the wet ingredients (oil, water). If the oil is sticky, add flour 1 tablespoon at a time.
Remove dough once totally mixed and knead on a surface into a ball. You'll want to use flour to prevent it from sticking to the surface you're kneading on. Really recommend a cutting board for this or such.
