I literally have never had as much hate inspired in me for a programming language as I have had for Rust. Not because of its lack of quality, it's certainly not the worst, although I definitely don't find it very good. It's more that its community behave like those door-to-door proselytisers trying to tell me to find Jesus or I will burn in Hell. They are literally just like this. "Repent now and use Rust or be doomed to memory unsafe programs."
Please knock it off.
